Single-winner ticket-count pools
On-chainWhen the last ticket is sold, LotteryCore executes the draw automatically inside the same transaction. Winner and fee transfers happen on-chain.
Fortune Lottery runs on Base smart contracts. Ticket payments, prize pools, and payouts are settled on-chain. Progress, rankings, and achievements live in the app layer — clearly separated.
Money and draws = blockchain. Progress and rank = application.
When you buy a ticket, USDC goes into a smart contract pool. When a draw runs, winners are paid from that pool on-chain. Nobody can change the result after the fact.
Fortune Lottery is a legitimate lottery application on Base. We do not impersonate wallets, we do not ask for a secret recovery phrase, and we do not take custody of your funds.
This website is not phishing and is not built to empty your wallet. Connecting MetaMask or another browser wallet does not give us control of your account. You stay in control of every signature and every transaction.
The only wallet actions we request are a one-time signature that proves you own the address, and — only when you choose to buy a ticket — a USDC transfer into the published LotteryCore pool contract. Prize payouts return from that contract on-chain. We never ask you to send funds to a private personal address.
Wallet apps such as MetaMask may show a phishing or “wallet drain” warning on new sites, preview URLs, or any page that requests a transfer. That warning is an automated reputation check. It is not a finding that Fortune Lottery is fraudulent. Read the recipient address in the wallet prompt and compare it with the contract addresses on this page before you confirm.
If the recipient does not match LotteryCore, ActivityBonusLottery, or the treasury address listed here, cancel the request. You can also open each address on Basescan and read the verified source.

When the last ticket is sold, LotteryCore executes the draw automatically inside the same transaction. Winner and fee transfers happen on-chain.
LotteryCore picks every winner and pays each share from the contract. When the pool fills, the draw runs in that same purchase transaction.
The end time is stored in the contract when the pool is created: end of the UTC day, week, or month, or the pool’s own countdown. The contract rejects a close before that time. The backend cannot end the round early and cannot choose the winning tickets. When the time is reached, the contract picks the winners and pays them.
Activity is counted in the app, so the platform submits the most active players and the bonus amount. The contract then draws and pays. Winners and payouts are public on Basescan. This bonus is the platform’s money, not the ticket pot.
The smart contract picks the winning tickets. It uses a random number that Base publishes in the block where the draw happens. We do not choose that number, and we do not choose the winner.
The contract mixes that network number with the pool, the ticket count, and the block time, then selects the winning tickets. Open the draw on Basescan and the same tickets come out.
Activity bonus uses the same network number, mixed with the pool and the period. The app submits who qualified and the prize amount. The contract picks the winners and pays them.
Ticket price, pool size, and winner count are stored in the contract when the pool is created. Those rules stay fixed. New pools are new pools on the contract. Changing the contract itself means a new deployment, and the app is updated with it.
The number comes from the Base network with every block. Anyone can replay the draw on Basescan. This is not a separate Chainlink check.
After buying a ticket, open the transaction link on Basescan. Confirm USDC moved from your wallet to LotteryCore.
Each pool has a contract_pool_id. Compare it with the on-chain pool ID in LotteryCore on Basescan.
Draw and payout transactions appear on Basescan. Look for DrawCompleted or token transfer events to winner addresses.
LotteryCore and ActivityBonusLottery are verified on Basescan. An open pool cannot be rewritten, and the contract does not let us name the winner. New pools are created on the contract. A different draw needs a new contract, and the app is updated with it.
